Old post, I know, but its the only one that mentions Newbeorg's Resize Tool and Spyware. So, I tested it on VirusTotal.com, they used 43 different up to date anti-virus programs to scan it. Came back clean. Also used Superantispyware, that didn't detect anything. Nor did Comodo Cloud scanner. Newbeorg's Resize Tool, maybe its a false positive.
