All that I am saying is-moving away from clans ( one extreme being -I will smurf so I can play ONLY WITH my clan-whether I am stomping NOOBs or stacking teams- as DT is showing now.) LImited. 20 + win games save me from alot of hassle. The smurf problem isn't as much of a problem when I do that. I can try it though---see how it does.

Wouldn't it be nice to know who is experienced? Set up some "2v2 for new players" or even a "1v1 I want to learn" -I would join/play and give what advice I could, and I am sure others would do the same. Then you could see and play with someone that has "some" wins under their belt. Get a taste for the game. Watch game replays. Get those 20 wins then you w

The best way that I have found to protect my games from smurfs is to make a "20 + win" game. It isn't fool proof, but it works. You get a MUCH better idea of who is a smurf. I say "fool" proof, because some are so determined to smurf that they will set up 1v1 after 1v1 and team up with the ai for easy win/loss. Fools. Dirty, in my opinion. The addition is good. I feel a bit like a noob again, and I love it. As for the desync and minidump rate---we had that in entrenchment, and we have them still. In diplomacy I have only dumped out 2 times in about 15 games. So for me-I actually see improvement. Just played a game where no one mini dumped-4v4,,, and it was one of the best games I played.

I agree. But I mean, what makes a good game. One that you will remember. More than just the admitting of win or loss at the end. What makes you happy to see happen in your games? What makes you sit back in your chair, smile, take a breath, and say "Now that was a good game!"
