As a smurf, or under main account?

I can understand why peoplee smurf (trying new things and such) however, the question is dirrected towards the P.U.G. where people are chosen by order of skill or more precisely capability . So, for the sake of the P.U.G. in order to keep things as fair and as fun as possible maybe bring the "main" account.
