I'd add a vote to this request. When I'm towards the bottom or top of the tree, the unit, fleet, row that I'm hovering has a bad habit of jumping up or down. This happens when things are being added to the top (phase-jump, more planets, etc.).... Very annoying. It's the worst when I'm trying to micro my fleet w/ a couple of targets, and they list moves on the 5th target, ruining the list. ::sigh:: - neo
