Hi everybody. Just bought the ultimate edition this weekend and am just loving the game. I was playing around with the planetary governer, setting a couple up for different situations, when I discovered something. It seems that if you put a galactic achievement onto the build list it will let you keep building it over and over again. Once I realized this I put the Restaurant of Eternity onto one of my governers and tested it on about 10 planets. To make a long story short it built on all of t
