sorry but that was to the troller who just got on to sling an insult. like i said, get off this thread. dont care what you have to say. you already proved how useful you were the first time you posted. so take that sincerity to heart.

don't care about your game. and you have no life if you can max out your fleet and fend off the ai in under 20 min. so if YOU'RE gonna be an ass, do it on some one elses thread
all you did was talk about how great pirates are but they lag the game and say how awesome the cheap crappy AI is now. i agreed pirates needed to be more challenging. didnt argue that they arent a factor in the ai. then all you talked about was pirate fleet growth rates. what fixes did you offer? you just got on here and puked a bunch of crap on the thread. and as for griping and moaning, I PAID 60 BUCKS FOR A GAME THAT DOESN'T WORK RIGHT AND THEY KEEP MAKING IT WORSE. so yes im on here to gr
If 2 gigs was a lot of memory then, why did they design a game that seems to try it's hardest to exceed it's own operational threshold. That's what doesn't make sense. and in 06 multi core processors were the norm as well. yet there is only single thread support. No one saw this comming? We start creating software for hardware specs that don't exist yet. By the time the software is reaching final stages, hardware catches up. They knew that there was an intended overall switch to 64 bit os. Th
Wow and thats not what i started this thread for. the Ai jump 200 IQ points when they released diplomacy. and your diplomatic options they added don't work right. ai doesnt accept missions. at all. so its worthless in single player. And never said any thing about pirates. Yes they are harder. they actually needed an update. but the absolutely unfair ai that can build a fleet and bring doom on you by the time your colonizing your 4 th world......that's what this is mainly about. Oh and i shoul
Keep having the same old problems. Truth is it doesn't matter what you do to your cpu or gpu. this game will only be decently playable far into the future when individual core speeds get upwards of around 9 to 11 GHz... its a shame but that's how Ironclad does business. Great to know we've all pretty much wasted our money.
Is it just me, or does it seem like these expansions that were supposed to create more in depth game play seem to not be working right. It seems that there will never be a resolution to every ones problem with the game running at 10-15 fps 4-8 hours into a game. that was bad fore sight on there part. didn't design the game to be upgradeable to multi thread support. so only one core out of how ever many you have are taking the primary work load. So this game wil
