Can't update through impulse in Technical Sins Forums

I purchased this game a few weeks ago, I have been trying to update the game through impulse, every time I try, it says it downloads the update, I click install all updates on the bar, it installs some files, but it keeps showing installed version 1.00.00 am I doing something wrong? I have done this about 10 times, where it keeps installing the update, but it still shows version 1.00.00

No republican will take office in the next three elections at least. Bush screwed this country up so badly, and now Rahm Emmanuel has been expertly crafting a way to discredit the republican party by pushing that racist pig Rush Limbaugh to the forefront. Great role model there for America, also going to mean democrats for the next 12-16 years.
