Just to be clear, is it still possible with the latest patch for the starbase to to jump from a planetary node to one that is created by an Antorak Class? Cuz that seems to be the issue I'm having now, but doesn't happen to jumps between two planets with the destination having no starbase.

I have just run into the exact same issue. I've also doubled checked the jump nodes on both sides are built properly. Now we need to wait for a patch to fix this.
