I think you saved the games on version 0.75 (the one with the Advent), and now they made a rollback to version 0.62 (the one with just the TEC factions), which saved the games in a different directory. Yes it seems the Advent patch was not ready, and we were not supposed to have it. So we are back to square 1. Hopefully soon we'll see them again. :-S

A now we are back to 0.62, version 0.75 is gone, because it was unintentional! And the icons still shows Diplomacy, but now we have no DEV version, and no Advent! I'm sad! :-(
The Program files for both Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion normal EXE and the DEV version have Diplomcy icons on them. Yes I see your point, I agree with you, it should be zero supply. I guess it's a limitation of the game engine, maybe a ship with no supply can't exist! So they had to give it 1 point. But still it's kinda an inconsistency. And you are also right about the Vasari tech that increases fleet supply. It would affect gameplay depending if the Flagship Victory is enabled or not! Darn! I know it's a minor glitch, but still annoying! :-(

I suggest the Flagship should be listed in the Capital Ships infocard, maybe separated from the normal cap ships, but it should be there! It's the most important capital ship after all, without it you lose! What do you think?
The Pirate’s Stilat Corvette should be given a more suitable name, like any other pirate ship: Pirate Corsair, Pirate Rogue, Pirate Pillager, Pirate Reaper, Pirate Cutthroat, etc. and be listed as: Pirate , right now it shows as “Stilat Corvette”, this is inconsistent with all other Pirate units’ names. Setting the Flagship Victory Condition and seeing the current status of the Flagship, I suggest that the Flagship should use 50 (or more) fleet supply points, as any other capital ship. It doesn’t make any sense now, using just 1 fleet supply point. That’s half the amount of what a simple scout takes! One possible solution will be be to just adjust the fleet supply to +50 when Flagship Victory is enabled, and make the Flagship take that many fleet supp
