Thanks guys. I'll start again with all this in mind.

Hi All Brand new to "SoaSE" and very much looking forward to something I can really sink my teeth into. Having played the tutorials, I decided I'd like to run a small map first off, set up with no other races, so that I can simply expand my lonely empire and experiment with all the shiny buttons there are to press, before launching into a new game with some competition. So I selected the small random 1v1 map and I disabled my oponent.... at least I thought I did. But o
