True, but maybe there could be a new kind of turret that could be upgraded with three different kinds of weapons (anti-SC, anti-Caps, anti-frigates/cruisers) and a shield/HP upgrade. They should also have three upgrade slots (four with research)

What I think really stinks, is that they don't say what the game is about on the box, just stuff like "a thrilling squeal to (whatever came before it)". I DO NOT BUY GAMES UNLESS I KNOW WHAT THEY ARE. If all else fails read the instruction manual [e digicons]:cylon:[/e]

1. I installed it 2. I moved it to the desktop 3. I created a shortcut, but two were created one looks like a folder and, and the other one looks like a folder in a silver crosshair. 4. I tried right clicking one and it opened a zzip archive, and I opened it and then tried to open galaxy forge.exe, and it loaded for a few seconds and then says it stopped working, the other shortcut stops working immediately.

Thanks, I downloaded it but if I try to open it says that it stopped working. I have it in the desktop, but could you tell me what file I need to run to open it. Also if I right click on galaxy forge in the start menu and tell it to open, it opens galciv2 (I don't know why, they aren’t even in the same folder).

I am running vista and I downloaded Galaxy Forge, it successfully installed, but if I try to run it says that windows does not know what program to open it with. I told it to search online for the program I need to open it, and it said that in was a RAWR file (whatever that is). Can anyone tell me how to get windows to open a RAWR file, or just how to get Galaxy Forge to work properly?

I agree with everything you said. I do have entrenchment, but for number two, I don't bother to defend all of my worlds. Maybe it could be an option (either in the game menu, or something that could be researched. If all else fails, read the instruction manual.[e digicons]:cylon:[/e]

Hello again everyone, I have come up with some new ideas, mostly for economy, and structures 1. Maybe there could be escorts for trade ships, the escorts would be small, only slightly larger than a strike craft, and they would do very little damage, and have very few hit points (no shields, 150hp, 3 armor, 2-3 dps). well maybe they could only have two abilities that could only get to level two, and maybe the mega cruisers would not get a upgrade point until level two or three

um, I think you guys think that mega cruisers would not serve at purpose, or that they would replace a cap ship, but they wouldn’t, the only way that it is possible for 1 mega cruiser to beat a cap ship could be if the that if a mega cruiser was level 5 (max level 5), attacked a support cap ship that was level one and that had a non combat related ability. Then the mega cruiser might win but it would have taken server damage, so no mega cruisers would not replace cap ship. Also they wou

I think the reason they don’t have comets moons ect. Is because they would need a better physics engine and it probably would not help the frame rate on older computers. Also planets/star are sometimes on different planes (at least in version 1.00). also I do not think changing phase lanes would be a good idea because say the only reason my empire can cling to existence is due to a choke point, then poof the choke point no longer exists and my home world is open to enemy attack?
