Reply to [Vistabug] Fmod.dll not found in Technical Sins Forums

It actually did not help, a few re-installations. However we tried to copy all of my .dll files from the Sins root directory to his root directory. Mine is a windows XP machine, his is a windows 64bit machine. Now the game no longer gives a "fmod.dll not found" error but simply goes to a black screen after running the .exe. It does show up in the task manager proces list. Nothing else. No lock however, he can still alt tab. Any thoughts?

Hey guys. Running Vista 64bit. Intel 6600. Geforce 200 Series. 4 gigs RAM. My friend I have been playing Sins since the start without any problems. Now we both have the 1.15 patch installed and Entrenchment. I have no problem, running Windows XP with the same setup. He has Vista 64bit. Game will not load, it will give the "Fmod.dll not found" error. I searched the forum but could not find a solution. Anyone know? He already tried to just download
