Pirates probably wouldn't relinquish a structure in that manner anyway. It makes more sense to me that pirates would loot the structure and they activate the self-destruct, so as to further thumb their nose at it's original owners. What you could do instead is exchange control, but also have the ability confer an effect onto the structure which causes it to be destroyed after a certain period of time. Does 'Raid Ports' on the Green Arcadia function? It doesn't give a good description of what it is proposing to do, and no details as to the material benefits in terms of resources gained or even whether I just gain control of the enemy structure.
The Blue Arcadia has an error in it's Master & Commander power, it is supposed to increase range while decreasing evasion for all ships within a radius. Instead, it decreases both.
Did you remember to get the whole version and not just the patch?

I have had no problems until just a few minutes ago, when I get mini-dumps on demo_map 1, the stars and anomalies one. Whenever a scout enters the White Companion Pulsar zone it mini-dumps. That brings me to another concern. Considering how stupid the AI is, will the AI be intelligent enough to go around gravity wells with Black Holes in them? Cause i remember from last year using a map with black holes in it and the AI lost every ship he made to the b
