Thanks for the reply, but after doing what you said, I still get the same error. Edit: Just noticed that it has installed, but when I try to open it, it says there's a missing core dll file (wblind.dll), although this file is in the WindowsBlinds folder.

I'm new to the whole customizing thing, so I apologise if I come off slightly stupid here. I recently download Windows Blinds, and tried to install it, though when it reaches 95%, at the file called "xpui.uis", I get an error message saying "You do not have access to make the required system configurated modifications.
