Why does the SB upgrades have to be final? Sometimes I upgrade and decide this SB is no longer the front line and would be nice for a trade post and forward construction bay. Perhaps i designated my home planet there but already used up my points? Is there a furture of scuttling upgrades to regain the chance to upgrade something else?

How do I build Capital Ship Flagships, your first ship is a flagship but thats it. Im not talking about fleet options. Play against the AI click on the Capital Ships it has and you will see it has multiple capital ships bearing flagship status..... How do I create one. The stats on a flagship are a little better than a normal capital ship. The experiance of my cap ships also has no bearing on who gets flagship. Thanks for you
