Have had the Rebellion beta for a while now and have not seen this ever, until after the official release. Get on for the first time tonight and try moving the window view around the star system I'm in but at the screen edge (bottom and left side) nothing happens. Top and most of the right side it'll scroll around, but not the others. Checked all settings and can't find anything that would cause this. Dunno if anyone else has seen this yet since release. I'm fairly sure the minidumps have to do with game resolution, if you go over 1600x900, it'll dump. Would be nice if either it could be set to that rez or lower to start, or just supported the higher ones :P

I'm having the same issue, purchased it on Steam since I didn't want to dig around and find discs for my old retail version, and get the black screen/minidump window every time. I got it on steam so I could launch it from steam along with all the other games I have in my library :/
