Are diplomacy ships even useful? in Strategy Sins Forums

I happen to notice (but not fully certin sence I dont play with other people much) that people dont use envoys and pacts in the game. Are pacts really useless when in reality they can buff your fleet up massively....mainly the TEC Pacts (woot!)

Well, this topic really depends if its Single Player or Multiplayer because you can use a unlimited amount of stratagys in Single Player but in Multiplayer, normaly TEC is forced to be the Economic Dude for your team... "FEED ME!" "Ok Ok, heres your credits you ass"
