I also get this, and a much worse effect. Sometimes in tactical combat, I get stuck with the sword cursor and I can't do anything, move, attack or even pass. Only way to get out is to toggle auto play so the AI will advance for me.
Well I'm asian, but I live in Australia lol :D That's sort of part of Asia, if you stood on the northern most tip of Queensland on a clear day you could see Papua New Guniea or so I'm told. Anyway pings would probably be slightly better between us than US west coast I think ie. less than 200 ping. Also, if this p2p system works properly playing with 400 pingers should be very playable as it is in CoH and DOW2.
