I have requeim 2.3 installed and it works fine on Entrenchment v1.03. Try deleting the mod and re-installing it, download the full 2.3 version from sins.imperial.cc Hopefully this will fix your problem

It is true that the rebels did not possess a Venerator in any of the Star Wars novels I have read. That being said, the rebels did commonly use captured star destroyers against the imperial remnant Although I think the victory class replaced the venerator shortly after the clone wars.
