Pretty much any loose file in the install directory. From binkw32.dll to xinput1_3.dll. Delete, verify files, done. I tried to verify twice before resorting to ripping files out but that didn't work. Steam downloaded everything again and it was good to go. It could just be a coincidence and it might have worked without deleting anything but worth a shot if you're having this issue.

I just went to the install directory and deleted the files that were no in their own folder and now it works again.

Getting the same here. I got an initial patch of around 100mb after release then another smaller one this evening. V1.02.4185 (Steam) I've tried to verify the files but nothing has downloaded.
