If you download the Maelstrom_Diplomacy_Expansion_1.34_7 mod there is .exe patcher that opens up + 2 gig ram for sins it should also work on any exe file. You can get it other ways if you google it I am sure. It does reduce the lagg a bit but not much. Warning !
