I don't think Marza needs is nerf. Marza ist overpowered because it has no good counter. It REALLY NEEDS a good counter. One possible counter would be: Give a cap ship a AoE shield ability, reducing damage by 33%-50%-66% for 15 sec, 120 sec cooldown or something like this. There are lots of Advent and Vasari cap ships with nearly useless abilities to exchange.
