Ohhhh..... the ability button shows a closed lock - I thought it was a toggle button that should display an opened lock . So when the manual said I had to unlock it ... I was waiting for a different button-display! Thanks so much for your help! Cheers
I just bought this incredible game and am slogging along learning the interface. I am Advent. An outpost was attacked. I looked forward to this, because I had positioned a Phase Inhibitor to keep them stuck there there until my fleet arrived. But when I click the unlock button, the Phase Inhibitor remains locked. I've checked the Research options, I obviously have the research to make it (since I've made one!) but ... why isn't it unlocking? Sorry to
