I just purchase Sins: Trinity from a Target in Philadelphia and did not receive a sticker with a CD key, either. I checked the case, every page in the manual, and the exterior packaging. I sent an email to [email protected] and am awaiting a response. EDIT: Support got back to me rather speedily. After providing photographic proof that I owned a copy of the game, I was given a new CD key and have successfully registered my game. Thank yo
