Have a Mod where you Assign every spell in the game a point rating. Then assign the different demigods a different point rating along with special attributes like access to Idols / favor items ect. Then people have a certain amount of points they can spend tocreate their own demigod. This way people can customize their own demigod and mix and match spells!

looking at mana costs. Id say. So after towers TBs Fireball, Oaks Pentinence, Sednas Heal, Then tied for fifth Regulus mines and Erebus Bite.
you give any other demigod in the game access to rooks tower spell and they immediately become super badass. Occulus tele/damage spell or Oaks Pentinence spell are prolly next. Not because either of them are so powerful on their own, its just if you give another Demigod access to these they become badass. Actually make that TBs fireball. Its low mana cost and fairly low cooldown make it a great addition to any demigod. &n
Just writing down ideas for demigod2 in case any future devs ever read this forum. At the Citadel you can buy and place different types of towers and destroyable health crystals. Say a 50hp/50mana per second one with 5000hps. and a 100hp/100 mana per second one with 10000hps. Select from different monsters to pu
Yes, it will work against good players. But only once.
this is probably true. and why I probably would avoid doing this in a pro level game as people will simply play more cautiously around poison daggers. you will get more than a couple extra hits when the poisoned dagger goes off though. It works better the more players there are, because then you have a chance to catch more than one more person off guard. Switch from
Teseer don't forget about TBs auto attack damage bonus from switching forms. Then add the speed increase the dagger gives and the first thing u buy is gloves. at the begining of the game when both teams run into the middle to get the flag and theres an initial fight. Like 50% of the time, right there I get a kill. Not saying its a good build but it definitly playable as a gimic. &n
Teseer try poisoned dagger, fireball, fire aura and stats. no circle of fire. auto attack build. dont buy any helms and get gloves to start with. guaruntee you will get plenty of early game gimic kills. as game goes on u will start to be gimp though so try and end it fast.
not that important if your team is the one applying early pressure or its going to be a mid to long game. let em wear themselves down on the tower. but yea if you are playing against a team that has a strong early game, not protecting the towers is just asinine
Assassin : Forces of Light. Theme: Monk. Healing Assassin Demigod. Hand to Hand combat skills. Excels at killing/banishing summoned minions. General: Forces of Darkness. Theme:Mage/summoner/artifacer. somewhat of glass cannon demigod with no speed buffs. but has a wide variety of spells. Explosion spell that goes off after 3 seconds. A reflection spell that reflects back or h
minions should give xp, depending on the minion. Say healing minions should give more xp. This would be something of a counter to generals.
because its useful to know in those rare games that last a long time and you want to be able to do some damage. My strategy is for early to mid games but Ive found myself in a couple games with about 28k worth of resources but not being sure what I should get to do damage.
youre missing the part where it would cost over 5000 gold to get that upgrade. hardly overpowering. and thats just an idea for buffing the non used cit upgrades (after the first ones) also different monsters to choose from when choosing monster upgrades. to add strategy and variety. also placeable towers that you can buy. or maybe even choose where they start at begining of game i think ive mentioned selectable monster spawn paths every 2.5m
ie.. tower strength upgrade 2 or 3 should increase the range of towers so they can reach a regulus or occulus autoattacking them
Later Citadel Upgrades need to be made better. Everyone gets Exp, and Gold upgrades so there is no thinking involved. Past level 1 the other upgrades should be buffed in thier effects. So it would be a strategic decision to sink money in them fairly early on. Right now there is simply no reason to get a lot of the upgrades until late game when you have nothing else to spend the mone
10-15seconds sounds good. I guess it also depends on what your demigods base autoattack damage is. If you do 100 damage per hit then something that added +75damage would be better than something that added +30% attack speed. But if you were doing 250damage a hit then the +30%attack speed item would be better than adding +75damage item.
I know for a fact Legolan causes critical errors. Guy has 80% win percentage but when i played with him he wasnt that good and when we were about to lose crit errors attacked Second time in towards begining of game(and he says, "that wasnt me") even though no one acused him or brought it up. Then 3rd time I played with him and when I was winning crit errors crashed us. It
Hi I was wondering if you had 2 normal slots and 1 potion slot availble to do damage what 3 items should you get that will do the most damage and provide the most benefits. I was thinking Ashkandor and 2 gloves? any ideas? has to be less than 28k
synn i posted that to show how fire tb shouldnt be having mana issues. I think one of those games later on I didnt have a helm at all. actual footage is the best way to make a point. I would honestly would like to see what splitshadow is talking about in a recording because I dont understand how that would work.
I did not have any prior replays saved of good games so I took these 2 of rather unremarkeable games. But these games show how a simple fire TB build is run. Nothing remarkeable. I think I have another replay of me going against a pure ice TB build and losing a rather poorly played game, in another replay that ill try and find. <a href="http://www.gamereplays.org/demigod/replays.php?game=51&show=details
i dont know how to respond when you say things like that. I cant think of a simpler demigod to play than a pure fire TB. You literally only have 2 skills to choose from which are nothing a like so there is no confusion when to use which skill. fireball: instant damage, single target, ranged circle of fire: damage over time, area of effect, not ranged. to me thats one of the easiar build
i think the one thing we can all agree on here is that Queen of Throns needs to be nerfed
I play pure fire. Its an easy, versatile, fast and effective build to play. In the hands of a good player who is micro managing interupts and what, not Ice or Hybrid is probably better.
If you considered which was more powerful; assassins or generals I believe generals would be more powerful. Idols are very powerful in the hands of players who know how to use them. Especially if they are able to overlap thier monk/bishop ect idols. 1 demigod being good can make another demigod be bad. Ie. If QoT was the only general demigod then she would be quite good because she would be the only choice when choosing an idol build
to chime in on the fire TB debate I also believe using BoTS(the mana replenishing favor item) is an absolute waste. Heck after level 15 I dont even use a Helm on my fire TB. I like playing fire TB because its so simple for me to play and doesnt require a lot of thinking ^^, so obviously I use blood because its benefits are so straight forward.. but I can see the point for the Speed Boots especially since they stack
tier wise I would consider like this tier1. Oak, Erebus, Beast tier2. Regulus, Torch Bearer, Sedna, Rook, Occulus tier3. Demon Assassin (some real nice utility. but utility relies on your teammates) tier4. QoT that said sometimes Regulus, Rook and Sedna can dominate a game by themselves.
