Ran into a problem before previous patch, don't know if it was addressed, but just covering bases. Started up a multiplayer game w/ friend w/ both capital and ship victory conditions on, had a strange start up structure distribution (2-3 Frigate factories and no capital ship factory. w/ quick-start. Prolly already addressed/reported, but making sure doing part for beta. Just to clarify, we re-started game w/ same settings and bug persisted, so was locally reproduceable
