I'm playing a small random map. 1 star, 14 planets. There is absolutely nothing left of the AI.

Hey there! I am enjoying the game. It takes a little while to figure out, but once I got the hang of it, it was really fun. Question is, how do I win a scenerio? I mean, there is nothing left of the enemy. There is no ships, population, colonies or anything left of the enemy. I control everything on the map and I still have no victory. What do I have to do to win??? And another question, how do I repopulate a planet that I control? The missionary vessels and progenitor ships don't see
