Re-installed. Didn't help. Same problem.

My internet connection is fine. I can't log in. It says "Server not responding. Check internet connection."

I can't update my game because I can't connect to impulse. I check for game updates and it says can't connect, working in offline. It's been like this for weeks. What do I do?
