Didn't need a reinstall at all, just threw on Impulse and it found the latest updates and then the crucial part was unpacking the system files for the software to work! End of the day it was me being an idiot and not installing all the required components! XD Thanks again to you both for the help.

Thanks Hack, I will try so, but it just seems odd. Fully patched up on the PC, even let the ports through it needed and I even run Crysis and other high requirement games! Will let you know the results as soon as its done!
I just bought this game and it installed fine from the DVD no problems at all. I threw in the serial key from the manual, seemed to go in fine. Ran the game and received this error. http://img364.imageshack.us/img364/3421/screenshot001u.jpg I found the update on fileshack since the main website did not have it available version 105, but even after this I get the exact same error! Any help would be appreciated
