Where on the forums do i start to look for the convert data app? Is there a link to 1.03 reference data?

Hi all, i'm new at modding and having some trouble with star bases. I've been using the forge tools reference data, but the star bases entity files dont seem to work in entrenchment 1.03. I managed to get ships and planet files from forge tools to work, but even an unedited star base file doesn't work when i copy it to the game info folder. During game play as the base begins to build it totally disappaers. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok i downloaded forge tools and now have the text files. After i changed what i wanted to, do i just copy it to the related folder? Or should it be converted or something? If so how?

lol... i'd like to know how to disable that damn surrender too.

Hey i have been looking for the right place to ask some noob questions, hope u guys dont mind. I wanna just change a few things about the game like weapon types on capitals and allowing all starbases to move. I been reading through Silent's introduction for modding, but the entity files when open for entrenchment 1.03 dont look like the same format as his and i'm lost. I downloaded the forge tools and tried to use the convert data, but i dont get how it works. It just blinks like a do
