Dumb newbie question(s) in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hey guy, So I just started looking around the site today at all the different downloads etc. Found some stuff I might like so I figured Id try to start with just a simple dream sceme for my desktop. When I downloaded the file the whole "windows can not open this file" blah blahcame up... *file being futureworld.dream" So I dont even know where to begin Ive been looking around the forum trying some different things/programs but so far no luck so I figured I minds as well just post
