Hi, I've recently started playing Sins Diplomacy and it's a really fun game. During one of my games I've been encountering a funny problem. During this game, one of my opponents was an AI Vasari, and any bounty I placed on him would keep falling no matter how much i placed. I've checked through all the Vasari techs, and none of them confer this ability; and it doesn't make sense for them to be destroying their own ships (everyone one else has been defeated, so I know th
