Is it possible to post what the actual changes were for the latest patch?

I can second that. I've had the "zero resource" asteroid thing happen twice now. Both times it was on a random Medium and random Medium-Large map.
Well, now we know that your choice of user name is, in fact, fitting.
I just got something about "Whitewind_Romulan" being broken when I unzipped the file...any ideas?
It's the best Valentines Day ever! [e digicons]:dur:[/e]
I don't think fan designs are a bad thing, per se, but many of them are just slapped together bits of different ships. What I was hoping for is a "true" battleship design that is also official, like the Sovereign. Is the Prometheus class canon? Could have sworn it is. Also, I used to own ST: Legacy on 360, I don't remember there being a rollbar on the game's Sovereign class. I'm pretty sure a rollbar would ruin the Sovereign's awesome look; they look good on certain ships, like
Well, Fed ship designs tend to get more "aggressive" as time goes on. Look at the Sovereign. I don't think a "true" battleship is out of the question. I would like to see something with quad nacelles, like the Proxima Class. That thing looks like it was made for war.
Also, Myfist0, those are some damn sexy ships. They remind me of the cap ships used in StarFleet Command II.
Well personally I don't find the Borg to be OP in the slightest. In fact, they're pretty easy to take out every time I've fought them, with the obvious exception of the Unimatrix. Not to mention Borg ships are prohibitively expensive (which I don't have a problem with), it's just that paying so much for a Cube AND a few planet bombing spheres, as well as taking up a lot of fleet space, seems to be more of a handicap than the Borg need. If you can get your fleet into position to bomb a
BTW... (The Tactical Cube can bomb planets) Yes, but that's the very last thing you get, at the very end of a long upgrade tree. So basically, until I get a Tac cube (when and if), I'm stuck with taking up valuable fleet space with some planet pounders. To even THINK about getting a Tac cube you need to basically dominate the map, and you can't take over planets without a small group of planet bombers. At least make the Cubes able to all bombar
So...why don't Borg cap ships have planet bombing weapons? Who thought this was a good idea? My already strained fleet limit is made even more so by the fact that I have to have multiple planet bombing spheres just so I can take out an enemy planet. It's making the Borg unplayable for me. Is this gonna be addressed, or is this how it was meant to be?
Well if everyone wants to get REALLY picky, then you should barely have any fighters at all in the entirety of the mod. We've only seen fighters in one or two episodes, and in very small numbers. But it wouldn't be Sins without fighters, so they're there.
Wow, this is only a beta?! This mod is incredible! The detail even at this stage is far beyond most other mods. Absolutely loving it. Only issue I have so far is that metal asteroids seem to either not work properly, or there aren't nearly enough of them. I just ended a game with 65,000 crystal and 5,000 metal...that's not right.
ModDB has been a joke for a few years now, far as I can remember. They've snubbed the C&C Generals: Shockwave mod, and I believe that was the best mod I've ever played for any game.
Because it's nice to see the icons (and thus do some micromanagement) while still seeing weapon effects. Now I have to constantly zoom in and out to do that. It's not a deal breaker, but it's a little annoying.
I realize it's made to compensate for larger space battles, but with any other mod I can see the faction icons above the ships AND see the ships firing. Now I have to choose one or the other. No bueno.
Love the mod, but the ships are really, really small. Kinda kills the mood when I have to zoom in all the way just to watch my ships shoot at things.
Any word on 1.5 compatibility? I like Requiem more than SOAGE, your ships and gameplay feel a lot more solid. Nicer effects and ship models, too.
Don't know if anyone mentioned this, but the Gammas don't use their Raze ability on planets automatically, even when it's toggled. I have to individually make each Gamma use the ability.
Kyogre, would you consider dropping Gamma health by half? They're ridiculously hard to kill as it is, especially early on.
Personally, I think the Gammas are too powerful. They're only very slightly less effective than a full Basestar. The AI just spams them like crazy, and since they take so much damage to destroy, this results in me being under nearly constant attack by one or two Gammas at a planet, and no way of defending against it unless I spread my fleet really thin. It's nice to see more Basestar-esque ships on the battlefield, but they're way too powerful. There's no reason to make anything but capitals
Jason, might I suggest you change the metal/crystal mix back to how it used to be? I'm having serious trouble keeping enough metal in stock, even with volcanic planets. Maybe they can go back to being metal only?
I use Vista and it runs just fine. Don't know why the mod would be wonky with W7, since the game itself works fine, right? Weird. Try turning the building graphics down.
Pfft, I want BIGGER [e digicons]XD[/e] It should look like an exploding starbase, only smaller. At least, in my mind, lol
I did send an email out to you guys' show, but I accidentally confused you and GK, lol. My mistake. [e digicons]:S[/e]
