i have 3 posts in 3 different places and no answers can anyone tell me whee it has to be saved at so i can play the map online? or is all im gonna get is run around?

I created a map on galaxy forge and i can play the game fine solo but wen i try to play it online with a friend it keeps giving the error that he doesnt have the necessary files i have tried to send him via email a copy of the map i made but still gives the error if he tries to host it gives me the same error, what am i doing wrong? is there something i forgot to do so that we can play it online? please help i have tried other ways to get help and noone seems to want to answer

I created a map in gf and it works when i try to play it single player but when i try to play that map with a friend it gives the error do not have proper file, it gives that error to my friend when i try to host it, i emailed him the map and he can play single player but if he trys to host it i get the same error that he did earlier, he also has gf and same patches on his game that i do, is there something in the settings i missed or what else is wrong?

I tried that i sent him the map and he also has galaxy forge but it still gives error dont have correct files, i even had him try and host but still would not let us play it
