Overlapping planets seems to be an accepted 'feature', but I see no benefit and it just makes it harder to perform actions in the correct gravity well. Unless the two planets were given a single gravity well, I would think it better to get rid of overlap due to the gui problems. I understand it has some novelty effect, but otherwise is there any reason not to remove these?

The Stardock policy has a non-specific line about activation limits- once I get a response to my email about that I think I'll be buying the game. I don't expect to have a problem with whatever limit they have in place, I just like to play it paranoid after being forced to not buy Spore thanks to the DRM (which is okay now that I know EA ruined the game anyways). I'm planning on buying the game, and to avoid the S+H cost I am looking into the download version. As far as I can tell, you download it through Impulse, which seems analogous to Valve's Steam. I am familiar with Steam, how I can download and install my games on whatever computers, no limits, and for the most part the only way to lose my games is to compromise my password. How does Impulse compare to Steam, and are there any concerns about how it works/limitations? I've heard good things abou
