Get maps and replays to work? I downloaded them from the site, and cannot get them to show up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hiya, I'm fairly new to all this. And I was wondering, I have searched for the answers and have found none. How, in the world, do you get Maps to work, where to download them/set them? And the same for replays. =\
