well, the idea was to give the advent a structure which they can build once per planet and increases research speed by 10% or something. (possible background: psionic connection between planets / collective consciousness speeds up research) im aware of the possibility to increase research rate via research, but thats not what i want to do :) my idea was to give the structure an ability/buff which does that, but i found no buff modifier which allowed it..

Hi everyone, just a quick question: is it possible to create a structure which increases the research rate and is limited to 1 per gravity well? As part of my mod, i want to create such a building for the advent, but found no way to realize it.. if it can be done, some suggestions would be appreciated :) thanks
