I believe this is a bug. We'll have it looked as ASAP.

We're currently tweaking the way AI chooses who to foster relationships with, and should hopefully have something a bit different for you to try soon.
Feel free to send dumps/save files to , and we'll hop right on fixing these issues.
At some point I believe we had switched those two, though filenames may not have changed to match. The research cost you mentioned has been noted and should be fixed very soon.
You're correct, we must've had a case of "fat fingers" that day.
We're hopefully doing another release soon, and we'll be sure to pack as much in as we humanly can.
Interesting. We've had a few issues with the old command system doing weird things due to the new relationship numbers we've been using. I believe I've fixed these issues and hope to have you the fix just as soon as possible. As far as attacking specific planets with missions and such that's certainly something we hope to have in very soon, though it'll probably still have to include some kind of target faction.
I think the AI offering you resource missions before you have the tech may simply be something we overlooked. I'll be sure to fix that up. As far as giving players resource missions before they have the tech that becomes an issue because half the idea behind that tech was to stop immediate feeding in multiplayer games.
Feel free to send your minidump to
This would be pretty simple to add, I suppose I'll see what the creative muscle around here thinks of the idea. Thanks for the feedback guys.
Cease fires should be a bit easier to get now, and soon killing the enemies of other players will make them like you more.
I believe the AI also requires that technology in order to complete those quests, which is something we may consider removing as a requirement for AI.
We think we may have narrowed down the issue, but if you want to send dumps/save files to it'd be appreciated.
Yeah, at some point we'll have to comb through stuff and fix these types of typos. Also the mission spamming thing is a bug, which we're looking into. As to the too early thing if you reject a mission before you've had a chance to do any missions at all then the penalty is zero. Once we stop them from spamming it shouldn't but much of a problem anymore.
ok. i deinstalled sins and entrenchment....re-downloded and reinstalled them and diplomacy.
Appears a few techs have been moved to the diplomacy tree already. Looking very nice so far. Big improvement! Now for an actual game, instead of studying for my final exam tomorrow, worth 30% of my grade. And the pacts look sweet!
This could be an installation issue, I'd recommend reinstalling the beta, and possibly the base game and then see if the models show up correctly. I kn
Sure enough it looks like there's a read/write mismatch involving race relations mods. I'll fix this up real quick, thanks for the tip.
This appears to be an instalation issue. Reinstalling should work fine until we find a better solution, in the mean time sorry about the inconvenience.
Odd, we'll look into it, thanks for the heads up.
Not intended, this should be fixed by the next beta patch. Sorry for the inconvenience folks, pardon our dust while we're under construction [e digicons]:cylon:[/e]
Yes, is the general catch-all for bugs, save files, and dumps.
If you want to send your game save file to that'd be very helpful.
So it doesn't work even after reinstalling Diplomacy?
I think this was simply an oversight on our part, and will be fixed soon.
Go ahead and send them to
