Adding additional effects in CursorFX Stardock Forums

Hi, my questions are: if there is an easy way to find new effects (just effects, no theme) for CFX4 on wincustomize (besides an advanced Google query); if the older effects on there that don't have the CursorFX file type can still be used with CFX4 somehow. Thank you.
