I've installed SoA2 but when I enable it the checksum stays at zero and it doesn't run. Any clues?

Hi. I've been running SoaSE, Entrenchment and Diplomacy on my Win 7 PC quite happily until a couple of days ago when something weird happened: - I select my team colour - I start the game - My team colour has changed to green - All other AI players are the same colour (red) I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it seems to make no difference. Can Anyone suggest anything that might help? Thanks
