I called Wal-Mart and they said they'd replace it so it's all good. It's probably faster to drive there and back then to try to sort something out online so I'll just do that. Thanks a lot for the help guys.

Lol yeah. I'm going to try and take it back. They wanted me to pay 3 bucks for a product replacement plan and I didn't, because I mean hey when do you buy a game and not have the game in the box? Because of that I'm not sure that they'll take it back.

Yeah. I may have not been clear enough but I mentioned in the first post that the CD does not contain anything other than Music files. I assume either Vista isn't seeing them for some reason or the music and game were on separate disks (in my experience this is how it always has been) and my copy is missing the game CD. This computer is new and I don't know anything about Vista so it's hard for me to be certain what the problem is.

I bought the Game of the Year Edition last night and, when I went to install it this morning, the one CD that it came with is the music cd. The cd only has music on it and no other files... The game also didn't come with a CD key. There's nothing on the packaging that would indicate to me that this should only include music and NO GAME ( *sadness* ). Since Wal-Mart is probably not going to let me take this back I was wanting to see if I could get any help here. I
