Hey man problem resolved.....I deleted ArcaVir:D to keep it's mouth shut...eh...I should never buy PC magazines just because they give free Antivir.....this one just turned out to be a pain in the ass lol

WTF? my antyvir detects TROJAN inside the impulse instalation package - impulse_setup.exe in the official link provied by Stardock, I can't update the damn game because I can't install the Impulse crap ....help?
