Ok, so I tried playing a match on Ironclad online. However everything up to the loading screen runs fine. When it loads, it takes longer then everyone elses and my connection is fine as is the latency. so is there anything i could do to fix this?
Adding a weapon is pretty much making it a armed warship therefore its not a civillian. the only remedy it'd need is increase the armor more and possibly add shielding. Maybe the EMP, but adding a flak cannon doesn't really help.
No they must also have some guidelines about religon. Possibly atheism? Or you can't be a fanatic and even if you contribute to the TO, out you go. It's possible TO didn't like religon and abolished it. The TO was allowed to attack pirates who raided them, th TO's response to the Vasari were frigates that were converted to fight pirates. Much like how the pirates converted the TEC ships into their own.

I came ( to Dragon Age space) I saw ( people ditching Sins for Dragon Age) And I conquered ( Diplomacy Beta then the Drgon age world) With Purge Vessels. And a Marza. Ha! I now eagrely await diplomacy, so far it's only bribes.

You just have to micro captial ships to the max. The capitial ship is bascily a hero unit in a game like Warcraft 3. They are to say "special." Plus the game wants you to command the ships, not leave the AI to do it. Always leave the autocast on unless you need to save antimatter. Also you have to keep a watch on the fleet and if you find it's not working, click on the abillty and click on the ship you want to use it on. That's what I did with my heavily damaged Raidiance.
