I'm playing on a huge map and fighting three ai at one time. where is this fleet management screen at? and how do you assign 0-9 hotkeys?

I been playing sins of a soalr empire for a few weeks now with the entrenchment addon. There is one thing that bothers me. When playing a huge map it becomes hard to manage 5+ fleets with over 20 units per fleet. Id like to see an expansion pack that lets you manage a fleet's size, auto replace lost unit in fleet, ability to name a fleet, and a chain of command would be nice. When I say chain of command I mean making squads in a fleet. Such as having a squad of carriers
