Hello, thanks alot :) I tried to do the same thing as Itharus suggested, but the culture spread was still the same after the upgrade (according to the tooltip). If i try destroy the building and build a new one, the tooltip shows the correct culture spread. :s

Will upgrading structures also upgrade my existing structures, or does it only apply to the new structures i build? For example, if i build a Temple of Communion, and afterwards buy the Zealous Worship upgrade, it won't be upgraded, because the upgrade only applies to the new buildings. Is this a bug, and if it's not, does it apply to ALL upgrades, structures and ships? Thanks :)
