should i send out the weak ships seperately? I feel like I need to stay in the battles. The ships im talking about are ships like the lrf's

So I know people always ask what to do, but I think it's easier to answer as well as important to know what NOT to do? If you can contribute, please share. Also, I'm not good with any race, I usually play multiplayer, and Vasari is my choice. Thanks Zlotbot

I usually play MP, actually. I Haven't tried hard AI, but normal AI is no problem at all. If i were to rush someone at the beginging, what would my research and what-not priorities be?

I just don't know what to do in the begining and whant not to do. What are good indicators to start researching things, like trade ports, for example.

I honestly don't know what race to play as. First of all, I'm not too great at the game. My idea is to get good with one race, until i get the basic mechanics of the game, and can preform well enough with other classes. So, I don't know which race to choose. Can anybody help? Zlotbot

But isnt the diplomatic victory, who has the best relation at the end? I heard a guy say (during setup) that with that setting on, everyone lost this one time he played.

One thing that bugs me in Diplomacy is that, although the game is built around building allies, in free for all, you can't finish with your allies. Perhaps I'm ignorant and am un aware of some option that allows people to win together. If so, please enlighten me. It was this one situation where me and this guys team up and win. Until our close (17-ish relationship points) relationship had to be torn apart, for there could only be one. Bugged me.<

How do i build relationship in an efficient manner. Are envoysd really the only way? Do they stack at planets? Is it better to send many to one planet, or one to each? Many Tanks Zlotbot

are flak frigates really worth it? i tend not to bother researching and building them. also, what is a good sign as to when to start researching what. for example, when to get a certain type of ship or when to increase the damage/health of the ship.

So I have set out some posts about how to play, but here is the most important part of any game: the start. I personally don't know what race I like the most, but I played Vasari quite a bit. So when i start, what should I do? Imagine this is a 2v2 where there really are no roles of feeder and attacker. Personally (with quick start), i get an egg, scuttle cap ship factory, get maybe 4 more scouts to do what they do bes

I love phase missiles. I'm sort of new, but with about 10 assailants and a lvl 3/4 egg, i took out an enemy egg equivilent in with relatively full health and about half shields before it could escape. I believe i upgraded the first phase missile option to the max I dunno, you be the judge

Yea, i don't know how s/he did it, but last game i was rushed with about +/-30 long range frigates and a level 4 capital ship that specializes in destroying planets (all TEC) within about 10 minutes of the game. I got so aggrivated. I think they might have been fed by team mates (3v3). None the less, i quit, having only 2 planets and he ignored the lesser of the two, which had all my fleets (which still was no match for his), 3 repair bases, and one star base. My team

So say you are attacking/defending. What should your attack priorities be? Capitol ship? Fleet? (If fleet, which do i want to target?) Say attacking, should i target the repair bays? Starbase? I usually just take the entire fleet and make them focus fire target after target with shift click. I feel like i should do something else, but i'm not sure what Zlotbot

Which are better/more worth it? The way i see it, fighters don't do much, but with the bombers, you can have them all attack a cap or what not. Thanks, Zlotbot
