Create a special cursor for me in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I need a special cursor. It has to look like the cursors used during the installation process in Westwoods Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun. It's a normal Windows-cursor "3D" but in blue and I need it in higher resolution and more colors as used in cursor xp. I also would like to have a better animated blue hourglass with yellow sand in it. Who can create such a cursor-set for me, maybe for a little fee, or can tell me, where I can find this on the web.
