thanks, psy. i stuffed up a little [e digicons]:blush:[/e] when i downloaded from the link i got soa2 0.4.2e. must have been updated without me realising. will try the 0.4.5e patch again on the 0.4.3e mod

thanks, eternal. i'll try that[e digicons]|-)[/e] edit: it didnt work for me. extracted the patch to a folder on the desktop, then went and copied the contents of the 0.4.2e mod folder onto my usb stick (as a backup). then i copied the patch files from the desktop into the 0.4.2e folder. there were a number of files that gave me the option of 'copy and keep both files' or 'copy and replace'. i chose 'copy and replace' for all of them. i then went into the game (trinity)

what versions does trinity ship with? (unpatched) im thinkin of getting rid of the sins i have now (unregistering it) and buying the trinity box from the shop down the road.

thanks to whiskey144 for the info about the 7ds mod, have been using it all the time. but i have a few issues with it 1) i'm pretty sure about half the playable races have dissapeared on me (pirates for example, still have the rogues) 2)what is wrong with the rogues? i've noticed that when i play them, sins stops working and closes

why am i still waiting for an answer after 3 months? wake up will you?! if i have this much trouble updating my game to the latest version, why should i even consider upgrading to entrenchment and/or diplomacy?

i've given up on impulse anywhere. it's been nothing but a friggin headache since i've been trying to use it. currently at 55.5% on normal impulse thingy. edit: ok, now i've got this downloaded to me friend's computer. how do i get it over to my computer with a usb? anyone?

folllowed your links above and found those individual files to download. so now i have the installer file and data file 4, but when i try to get data file 1 i keep getting a message tells me download conection has been reset or something like that. this cancels the download and i lose whatever has already downloaded. this has happened 5 times, am i doing something wrong here? [e digicons]X([/e]

first off, im using a friends computer second, i wanna download the newest patch/update to sins but i cant seem to find it. all i find is 1.05 halp? i wanna put it on my flashdrive(if i find it) and take it home. game is already registered, flash drive is 2gb
