Permissions in Technical Sins Forums

Well, I'm not sure if this should be here or in the help section of the Windows Vista Site lol Anyway, I am having problems running (actually launching) SoaSE. I have had it installed before, and it launched perfectly, and i happily played the night away. But, when i installed the first update for multiplayer, things started going wrong. Whenever i launched it, i got an error message stating that the program failed to initiate, and then the typical "Sins of a So
