I think 7 is great! I've had it since it was released, and I find it stable and bug free. Alot of cool new features too, jumplists, wallpaper slideshows, ect. It runs faster than Vista as well :D

How do you submit a wallpaper? in Tutorials WinCustomize Forums

Hi guys, I have made a wallpaper I want to submit, but I don't completely understand what format/layout my submission should use. The preview needs to be jpg - is there size/colour restrictions? The main file neededs to be zipped - what format should it be, and do I just need the wallpaper itself in the zip file? Thanks!
